Online Account
Easily and securely manage your insurance policy with online access to many of your account features. Log in to get on-the-go access to your digital ID card or proof of coverage, review your spending accounts, pay your bill, and much more.
To use your Online Account, you’ll need a username and password. These are usually provided to you when you open your account, or you can set them up yourself online. These are designed to help protect your personal and sensitive information from identity theft, hacking, and fraud.
To avoid problems, keep your computer’s operating system and anti-virus software updated. Only use secure wi-fi connections when you’re online and don’t let anyone else use your device – especially if it’s at a public place. Also, be aware of suspicious emails that request your password or personal details – they could be scams. You can also check your bank’s website for more details about the security of your online account.
Paperless e-Options
Our Paperless e-Options feature is designed to help you manage your insurance on the go. These on-demand self-service options allow you to access your policy, billing, and payment information anywhere, anytime through the myCentral online customer portal and mobile app.
Paperless billing is an easy way to reduce your environmental footprint by not receiving a paper bill each month. Instead, you’ll receive an email with a link to view and pay your bill on our free online account.
In addition to reducing your carbon footprint, paperless options can save you money by eliminating the need for mail delivery and helping you manage your bills on-the-go. You can easily opt into paperless policy by logging in to your 1 central insurance login and selecting “Paperless Options” under the Self-Service menu. For Primary Access Administrators, our Document Library tool can also help you get paperless documents in your mailbox by sending you daily or weekly notifications of letters that have been added to the document library.
Mobile App
The mobile app gives you access to your account and policy information when you’re on the go. Use it to pay your bill, check a claim status, report a claim, or simply get a quote.
